The club was founded with a vision to bring basketball opportunities to local youth, and the club has grown steadily. It began by establishing teams at younger age groups, giving children space to develop their skills. From there it expanded to older age categories, all the way up to senior levels. 

This growth has always been grounded not just on competitive success, but on giving as many people as possible a chance to be involved.

One of the club’s strongest values is its commitment to being inclusive. It’s not just about those who already play well, but about reaching those who might never have tried basketball before. The Falcons promote inclusivity by ensuring opportunities for younger players (U10, U11, U12, etc.), regardless of experience. 

Involving volunteer coaches from the senior ranks, which helps bridge gaps between ages and experiences, and models both leadership and commitment in a family-like environment. 

The Club maintains an open, welcoming atmosphere for parents, supporters and the wider community. Communication is made easy via digital tools (e.g. ClubZap app) so members and families are always kept in the loop.

 The club runs a basketball academy starting from about age 7 through to senior level, helping beginners through to more advanced players get proper coaching and consistent training.
